I do not recommend conch, there are plenty of charter companies in the BVI, I would highly advice you use one of these instead, see below our experience.

The boat condition was very poor, rusty in many places, tap faucets, seat cushions, wires and generally very tired, sails were broken so we were unable to sail (they said they would come and fix these, but come on, you didn’t check the sails before renting this to a customer for sailing!!!!)
Initially everything looked okay, but after a few hours on the boat and spending time on it, fridges didn’t get to temperature, freezer only partly froze so food actually went moldy in a freezer!! Safety wires were rusted, one actually snapped 🤣

Dingy was falling apart, most of the handles had actually been pulled off or were dangling down so there was no where to hold on to, they knew we had a child with us so safety is paramount but still gave us some shoddy dinghy and boat, clearly zero pride in their business and their customer experience

Engine and air conditioning ticked continuously felt like it was going to stop at any point and it was so loud! The boat was old and has had its day, maybe time to retire to a private boat but not to be rented at the price it was for a supposed luxury experience

The whole experience was crap and shabby, we felt they had rushed getting the boat out to us at the beginning of the charter season, they hadn’t even cleaned and maintained the bottom of the boat. My brother and husband cut themselves on old barnacles when getting into the boat from the water. It’s all very poor and you will receive a much better experience from a different company, I wouldn’t want you to waste your money with them and to tarnish your holiday

The BVI is amazing, we’ve been many times, but choose your charter company wisely

Only positive was Rasika who was helpful and very lovely with helping with cots/ car seat provisions for our child

Even the arguing between staff members in the office when we initially got there and the passive aggressive women who took our payments and was rude 🤣

Terrible experience on an old boat, if we had paid half what we did then maybe we could turn a blind eye to some things but lesson learnt.
